It is consist of two very healthy ingredients, turmeric and cauliflower. These ingredients are rich with nutrients that are essential for our health.

Cauliflower can be prepared on many different ways, it can be roasted, boiled, fried, steamed, pickled, or eaten raw. If you want your cauliflower to be very healthy and delicious at the same time, we recommend you to prepare roasted cauliflower with turmeric.
Roasted Turmeric with Cauliflower
- 1 head of organic cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. of turmeric
- Pepper and/or salt to taste (optional)
- A pinch of black cumin
- Virgin olive or coconut oil
Chop the cauliflower head into thin slices. Put the cauliflower slices in baking dish and add rest of the spices (turmeric, black cumin, salt, olive oil). Mix them well and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Heat your oven to 400 degrees F and roast the cauliflower for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and continue with cooking for 15 minutes.
It is highly recommended using coconut oil instead of olive oil. Virgin oil is prone to oxidation on high temperatures and it is best to be used cold. You can heat coconut oil without worries of oxidation.
